Meet Dr Deborah Liu

Dr. Deborah Liu is a board-certified orthodontist who brings both extensive training and a genuine passion for patient-centered care to The Fun Kid's Dentist. Her goal is to provide thoughtful, high-quality orthodontic treatment that not only creates confident smiles but also promotes lifelong dental health. She considers it a privilege to support patients of all ages throughout their orthodontic journey and build lasting relationships with the families she serves.

Born and raised in Brookfield, Dr. Deb is excited to care for the community she knows and loves. Her connection to the practice began long before her career in dentistry; she grew up as both a pediatric and orthodontic patient at The Fun Kid's Dentist. Years later, while in college, she had the opportunity to shadow Dr. Angie, which confirmed her aspiration to become a dentist, and eventually, an orthodontist. Specifically, she has always been drawn to the collaborative environment of orthodontists and pediatric dentists working side by side to provide comprehensive care for growing smiles.

Dr. Deb is a Brookfield Central High school graduate and earned her bachelor's degree in Economics from Duke University before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then completed her orthodontic residency and Master of Science in Dentistry at the University of Minnesota before returning home to Wisconsin.

One of Dr. Deb's favorite aspects of orthodontics is the opportunity to care for patients over time and getting to know families while helping those of all ages achieve healthy and confident smiles. She is committed to creating a positive, personalized experience for every patient, taking the time to understand each individual's goals and designing treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

Outside the Office:

Dr. Deb enjoys staying active by playing tennis and unwinding with long walks. Above all, she values spending quality time with family and friends, often centered around enjoying great food. Dr. Deb is honored to join The Fun Kid's Dentist and looks forward to continuing the practice's tradition of exceptionally compassionate and collaborative care.
